The Role:

- Perform media charging, preparation, and cleaning for fermentation processes.




- Hands-on experience in fermentation of Bacterial and yeast expression systems , including production of recombinant proteins .
- Execute fermentation batch operations, including probe calibration, maintenance, and documentation.
- Generate and manage seed cultures for fermentation processes.
- Conduct microscopy, cell staining, and analysis of process samples.
- Analyze process data and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of fermentation utilities.

Who are we looking for:

- B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology) with minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Prior experience in fermentation of recombinant strains will be preferred, and should be versatile for working in rotational shifts, lab scale fermentation and microbiology.
