SENIOR REPAIR ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Repair Operations

- Perform diagnosis, testing, and repair of Sinamics and Simo drives.

- Provide third-level repair support for complex cases.

- Conduct preliminary testing and ensure alignment with ATS working instructions.

- Ensure repair quality through rigorous component inspection and material verification.

Team Handling & Supervision

- Supervise and monitor team members involved in the repair process.

- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to technicians and junior staff.

- Lead daily meetings with the team to ensure work progress and address issues.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to the Head of Department (HOD).

- Attend and contribute to monthly management meetings.





- Coordinate with the store team to verify component availability for repairs.

Process Management

- Ensure the smooth handling of all inward drives and scanning procedures.

- Lead the implementation of 5S practices within the repair section for workplace efficiency and cleanliness.

- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards across all repair activities.

- Robust technical knowledge of Siemens Sinamics and Simodrives

- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component-level repair

- Team leadership and mentoring abilities

- Effective communication and reporting skills

- Commitment to continuous improvement and 5S methodology
