Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements.
- Handle volume hiring as well as niche/specialised positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical, functional and BFSI-specific requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and quality parameters.




- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring BFSI requirements

Desired Profile

- 5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.
- Strong exposure to both IT and Non-IT BFSI recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring.
- Positive understanding of Banking, Lending, Cards, Payments, Insurance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales and Technology.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred: Experience handling multiple BFSI clients and working in a target-driven consultancy environment.
