We’re Hiring | HR Recruitment Specialist – F&B; / Cloud Kitchen

Caterspoint Futuristic Foods is looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team and drive high-volume recruitment across blue-collar and specialized F&B; roles.

Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 4–5 Years in F&B; / Cloud Kitchen Recruitment

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Handle high-volume hiring for kitchen helpers, packaging executive & Commis Chefs
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, local networks & agencies
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy trackers & sourcing-cost reports
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Key Performance Metrics Blue-collar

15 days Source & screen: 20+ qualified candidates/week Monthly hiring target:



10–15 successful onboardings Interview-to-offer ratio: 3:1 What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of F&B; / Cloud Kitchen recruitment experience
- Strong blue-collar & mass hiring expertise
- Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR talent market
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ATS
