? Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
? Experience: 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment, healthcare background preferred
? What you'll own: Hiring for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical & Admin roles, from sourcing and offer negotiation to onboarding and compliance
? Bonus points: You're comfortable with ATS/HRIS tools and use data (Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness) to keep improving how we hire
