Role Description The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support Proton’s engineering and consulting teams in Thane. This full-time, on-site role includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments for a range of technical and non-technical positions.

The Senior

Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment databases, coordinating with external agencies when needed, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, monitoring labor market trends, and recommending improvements to recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation for technical and professional roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and external partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of the engineering, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial services talent market is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead recruitment role, preferably within engineering services, consulting, or industrial sectors.
