Role & responsibilities
- 100% recruitment role (Sourcing to Joining)
- Conduct thorough screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Complement agency pipelines with direct sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employee referral campaigns.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, realistic timelines, and market benchmarks.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate lifecycle data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
