Role & responsibilities

1. Bill of Quantity for Civil and Architectural Items for Buildings and Infrastructure projects including site developemnt, interior finishing,
2. Detailed Estimate as per applicable Delhi Schedule of Rates of CPWD or State wise local Schedule of Rates as per Client Requirement
3. Preparation of Take-off Sheet from AutoCAD and PDF drawings files, Manufacturere Details
4. Preparation of rate analysis for civil works and other architecture finishes items and specialized items as per work need.
5. Preparation of Generic Specifications for Tendering based on multiple set of OEM data.
6. Prepare and check RA Bills, final bills and in office measurements.
7. Strong understanding of drawings, item specifications, quantity calculations, and applicable DSR rates.
8. Arranging Quotation from multiple sources for all market based Items and making Rate Analysis based on the quote.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in making Detailed Estimate, Bill of Quantity for Government Projects for Architecture & Engineering Firms.
