Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying, estimation, billing, cost control, and commercial activities for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and material consumption.
- Prepare RA Bills, reconciliation statements, and measurement sheets.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify quantity requirements.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and deviation statements.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Conduct quantity reconciliation for materials such as steel, concrete, cement, blocks, and other construction materials.




- Monitor project budgets and assist in maintaining cost control.
- Check subcontractor measurements and certify bills based on actual work executed.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BOQs, and commercial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams regarding billing and quantity-related matters.
- Support project management in cost estimation, forecasting, and commercial reporting.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Experience in building construction / high-rise / commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity estimation, billing, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle quantity surveying and billing activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
