About the Role

Kemar Automation is seeking a Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement for IT infrastructure, industrial automation and project-based requirements. The candidate will handle sourcing, commercial negotiations, purchase orders and timely delivery of materials for customer and tender projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure servers, switches, networking products, RFID equipment, CCTV systems, sensors, automation hardware, cables, control panels and electrical items
- Source materials according to project BOMs, technical specifications and approved makes
- Obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparisons and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors,



system integrators and industrial vendors
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery across project sites
- Handle shortages, damaged materials, replacements, warranties and licences
- Coordinate with Project, Technical, Sales and Finance teams
- Develop reliable and cost-effective alternate vendors

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of purchasing experience in IT, industrial automation, system integration or project procurement
- Ability to understand technical BOMs, makes, models and specifications
- Solid negotiation, vendor-management and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
- Experience in tender or PSU project procurement will be preferred
- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred
