Senior Proposal Writer / Lead Proposal Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Writer / Lead Proposal Writer to develop high-quality, persuasive proposals for new business opportunities in the software industry. The role involves working closely with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to create tailored proposals and manage the complete proposal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage RFPs, RFIs, and business proposals.
- Write and edit executive summaries, solution overviews, technical approaches, methodologies, case studies, and resumes.
- Develop compelling value propositions and win themes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical teams, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Manage proposal timelines, tasks, reviews, and submissions.
- Ensure proposals meet quality, formatting, grammar, and client requirements.




- Maintain reusable proposal content and templates.

Required Skills
- Strong Proposal Writing & Technical Writing experience.
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software/enterprise solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
