Livedge Constructions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and execute our residential real-estate projects, including high-rise residential developments and plotted developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning, approvals and tendering through execution and completion.
- Manage high-rise residential construction as well as large-scale plotted/land development projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, planners and statutory authorities.
- Manage contractors, vendors, procurement and site execution.
- Prepare/review BOQs, estimates, budgets and project schedules.
- Monitor project cost, quality, safety and timelines.
- For plotted developments, manage roads, drainage, utilities, electrical infrastructure, landscaping and external development.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project MIS and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams for project completion and handover.
Candidate Profile
- 10–20 years of experience in real-estate development/construction.
- Experience in residential high-rise projects is essential/preferred.
- Experience in plotted development / villa / township projects will be a strong advantage.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, costing, contracts, procurement and project scheduling.
- Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
- Developer-side experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: 6–12 LPA + performance incentive, depending on experience and capability.
