V Group Inc. is looking for a Senior Proposal Writer to join our Public Sector Consulting team in Bhopal.

What makes this role exciting?

- You will work on proposals for the US Public Sector, collaborate with Bid/ Proposal teams and SMEs, analyze RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs, build winning response strategies and create content that helps V Group compete for exciting US Government opportunities.

What you will be doing?

- Lead responses to US Public Sector IDIQ, Task Order and contract-level opportunities
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and develop response outlines & compliance matrices.
- Lead storyboard sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Research and write compelling, compliant proposal content.
- Develop proposals, qualification documents, presentations and meeting documents.
- Maintain proposal databases,



templates and reusable content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals on time, every time.

What we're looking for?

- 25 years of Proposal Writing experience
- Experience with Federal IT Project/Staffing RFPs, RFIs & RFQs
- Exposure to US Federal, State or Commercial customers
- Experience with Staff Augmentation proposals is a plus
- Solid written & verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and still meet demanding deadlines
