Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire Operations team, owning end-to-end delivery of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) projects

- Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution across MEP, electrical, and BMS (Building Management System) scopes

- Prepare and monitor a thorough site action plan for each project, tracking milestones, resource deployment, and material supply timelines

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth site execution

- Oversee site commissioning activities, ensuring systems are installed and tested to specification before handover

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation across multiple concurrent sites

- Identify and resolve site-level risks, delays, and technical issues proactively

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client-specific protocols

- Report project status, risks,



and progress regularly to leadership

- Mentor and build capability within the Operations team

Preferred Candidate Profile

- PMP certified (mandatory)

- Strong hands-on experience in MEP, electrical systems, and BMS-related project execution

- Prior experience managing SITC projects for commercial/corporate fitouts

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience running an Operations function

- Solid site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills

- Excellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

- 8+ years of relevant experience
