Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of workplace transformation projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion of installations involving Grydsense sensors, Somfy motorized blinds, and related systems. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

The Senior Project

Manager will monitor project progress, resolve issues, oversee inspections and quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing project documentation, tracking risks, managing logistics, and communicating status updates and key milestones to stakeholders.



The position requires hands-on involvement at project sites and proactive engagement to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing technical or construction-related projects.
- Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Hands-on expertise in inspection activities, quality control, and compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of vendors, materials, and site operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and work in office in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and reporting.
- Experience in smart building solutions, energy efficiency projects, or workplace technology implementations is preferred.
