Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Head Site Supervisor to lead end-to-end real estate development projects from planning and execution through completion. The role will be responsible for project planning, site execution, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and regulatory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning and site execution for residential developments.
- Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee execution of villas, high-rise apartments, and associated infrastructure projects.
- Establish project milestones, master schedules, and detailed project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, timelines, and task dependencies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS Reports covering project progress, milestones, risks, and operational performance.
- Manage project billing, financial projections, cash-flow approvals,



and resource allocation.
- Implement risk management strategies to control budget overruns, scope changes, and project disruptions.
- Coordinate with legal, liaison, architectural, construction, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate government approvals, statutory clearances, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key coordination point between site teams, consultants, contractors, and senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction project management.
- Robust experience in residential, villa, apartment, and infrastructure projects.
- NICMAR or RICS qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, project planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
