We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end project operations related to product delivery, installation, warehousing and services. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, accurately and in line with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee project operations including delivery, installation, service and warehousing.
- Coordinate with vendor Project Managers, logistics partners and procurement teams.
- Lead project management processes and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
- Conduct site checks and review project requirements, timelines, delivery dates and installation/service requirements.
- Maintain project checklists, target dates, shipment details and service timelines.
- Monitor project costs and maintain project summary and final job-costing reports.
- Prepare monthly project performance reports and track key operational measures.
- Conduct weekly operations status meetings and project-related meetings as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Senior Project Executive experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Robust project planning, organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Solid leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret installation and contract drawings.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with system furniture products will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India and occasionally to other Steelcase locations.
