Up to ₹80,000 per month

? Key Highlights

?️ Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution
- Manage day-to-day execution of civil and interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Ensure project activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and timelines .
- Monitor site progress and ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

1. Civil & Interior Fit-Out Works

- Handle execution of civil, finishing and interior works for building projects.
- Supervise activities such as masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting,



waterproofing and other finishing works .
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, interior, MEP and other site activities.
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.

1. Measurements & Calculations

- Strongly handle site measurements, quantity calculations and BOQ verification .
- Check contractor measurements and verify work quantities.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, quantity statements and work progress reports .
- Support estimation, billing and variation calculations.

1. Drawings & Technical Coordination

- Read and understand architectural, civil and interior drawings .
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project management teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

1. Quality & Safety

- Ensure construction and interior works meet required quality standards and specifications .
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues.
- Coordinate rectification of defective or incomplete work.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards .

1. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track daily/weekly project progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site reports and work status updates .




- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
- Escalate project delays, technical issues and resource requirements to management.

Candidates should be technically solid, capable of independently handling site activities and comfortable communicating with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and internal project teams in English.
