Senior Project Lead – New Energy | AI & Databricks

? Lead Technology-Driven Transformation in the Recent Energy Sector!

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Lead with 10–15 years of experience in large-scale project/programme delivery, digital platforms, data & AI, and technology-led transformation.

This is an opportunity to lead strategic digital programmes across the New Energy value chain – Planning, Engineering, Construction and O&M; , working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and govern multiple large-scale digital transformation programmes across the New Energy ecosystem.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering and Asset Management to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Drive project governance, roadmaps, budgets, risks, KPIs and executive reporting .
- Lead cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Digital and Technology .
- Govern Databricks, AI and digital platform initiatives , prioritising use cases such as predictive maintenance, energy forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Drive BPM, workflow automation and As-Is/To-Be process transformation .
- Provide oversight of enterprise application development and integration, including SAP .
- Manage technology partners, vendors, cloud providers and consultants.
- Lead steering committees and executive-level programme reviews.

What We’re Looking For




- 10–15 years of experience in Project/Programme Management and Digital/Technology Transformation.
- Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-programme technology initiatives .
- Hands-on understanding of Databricks, Data & AI platforms and enterprise digital ecosystems.
- Experience with Azure/AWS , SAP/ERP integration and BPM/workflow platforms.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, governance and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, commercial outcomes, risks and delivery KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent – Mandatory.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification preferred.
- Databricks certification strongly preferred.

Domain Advantage Experience in New Energy / Renewable Energy , particularly:

☀️ Solar / Renewable EPC

? BESS / Energy Storage

⚡ Smart Grid / Grid Digitalisation

? Energy Asset Management & O&M;

? Digital Twin / Edge Computing
