/ Responsibilities

- Front Face for the project.
- Responsible for Project completion with safety, within time frame, within cost and satisfactory level to the client.
- Preparation of the project schedule based on the material delivery, installation time and client requirements in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Project Scheduling and tracking. Plan and execution of all activities accordingly.
- Prepare and Submission of Daily Work Progress Report, Work Plan to cover the work delay to client and office.
- Envisage project requirements, project obstacles and take corrective action timely.
- Site Survey and Mobilization of the team to the site. Deployment of resources at site as per schedule.
- Coordinate / lead the safety activities for site work permits as per client process.
- Responsible for installation of the services as per standard procedures, testing of the same, prepare test reports and commission.
- Workout the BOQ as per site requirements. Compare the quantity with respect to PO.
- Purchase Requisition to Purchase Department.
- Responsible for Material Requirements at site, Storage, Material reconciliations, stock updates on weekly basis.
- Tracking of additional work / non po works and submit the details to office for submission of quote and follow-up with client for PO of additional work.
- Preparation of measurement sheets along with drawings, get it certified from Client and Based on that prepare the bills.
- Tracking of the bills, work done, costing and project budget.
- Maintain all documents like site test reports, material received & used,



balance material, material delivery invoices and challans, Manpower attendance.
- Prepare As Built Drawings
- Handing over and completion of the project

Desired profile of the candidate
- Should have positive knowledge of operations, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Detection System.
- Should be well conversant with Fire Rules / norms of PMRDA / MIDC and relevant authority norms.
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
- Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of Fire installation to the client.

Work experience (Min. & Max.) 3 to 4 Years Functional Area : Fire Projects

Industry : EPC Projects – Design, Fire and Electrical (Service & Sales)

Location of Job Pune or as per business requirement salary : Depending upon Technical Expertise and Years of Experience. Basic / UG

Qualification: Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR

Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
