Role Description The Senior Production Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing end-to-end merchandising and production activities. This role involves coordinating with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely development of collections, monitoring quality standards, and maintaining accurate product and inventory data.

The Senior Production

Merchandiser will manage vendor and supplier relationships, track order progress, and ensure that products meet brand guidelines and customer expectations. Daily tasks include analyzing sales trends, supporting retail and marketing teams with product information, and collaborating on merchandising strategies to optimize store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners.




- Customer Service and Retail experience to understand shopper needs and in-store product performance.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support product positioning, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Experience in production merchandising or apparel/fashion industry operations.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and vendors with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software and inventory or order management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively in office in Jaipur.
