- knowledge Role & responsibilities :

- Develop new machine concept based on customer and market requirements.

- Develop prototype and coordinate prototype testing.

- Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.

- Coordinate with Production Purchase, Quality, Sale and services.

- Ensure design meet food -industry ,hygiene and safety and quality requirements.

- Robust knowledge of mechanical designing.

Preferred candidate profile knowledge on :

- Food processing machinary like snacks line fryer.

- Dehydration line-continuous dryer.

- Asepetic line 3state evporator.

- R.T. S .line-tube in tube sterilizers holding coolies.

- Concept

- Design

- Modification

- Experience in food processing machinery, packaging ,or automation equipment.

- Experience in in developing machines from concept to production.

- Exposure to SS304/316, hygienic, design, and food contact applications will be an advantage
