About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled BI Developer to join our growing technology team in Kochi. In this role, you will lead end-to-end business intelligence initiatives, design robust data models, build interactive dashboards, and work across complex data ecosystems to deliver impactful insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI
- Build and optimize complex data models, apply advanced DAX, and implement ETL pipelines
- Work with T-SQL, including Stored Procedures, CTEs, Dynamic Queries, Reverse Engineering, and Data Validation
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges
- Manage data integration across diverse sources such as ERP systems, APIs, and RDBMS platforms
- Work with modern BI and data tools: Power Query, Kimbell Architecture, RLS, Filter Context, Power BI Service




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across workflows
- Utilize additional tools (preferred): ADF, SSAS, AAS, Microsoft Fabric
- Contribute to cloud-driven BI modernization and emerging AI-assisted analytics

Requirements

- Experience: 2-5 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or BI Development
- Tools & Skills:
- Expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools
- Strong T-SQL capabilities (Stored Procedures, ETL, Query Optimization)
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI features (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, RLS, etc.)
- Experience with ETL frameworks, data warehousing, and analytics architecture
- Exposure: Working with ERP systems, APIs, RDBMS, and cloud technologies
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business problems through data
