Demand Management : Once a demand comes in , candidate has to raise a Resource request in navigator followed by interaction with GRM/TA/VMG team to provide profiles. Profiles to be shared with corresponding Spain team and to follow up on the profiles with them.To coordinate with TA/VMG team to scheudle the interviews. To follow up on the feedback of the interview and proceed accordingly.
Onboarding Of An Resource Once a resource is onboarded , onboarding mail to be sent to the correspoding spain team.
Laptop request to be raised in case of external resource.Q2B/WBS request to be raised.
To add them to corresponding groups in teams.
To add them to the recurring team meetings.
To provide them all required access.
