Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute performance test strategies across web, API, and backend systems.
- Build and maintain reusable test scripts and workloads using enterprise performance testing tools.
- Analyze application behavior under load and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
- Use monitoring and observability tools to correlate test results with system metrics and service health.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate scalability targets and support release readiness for high-traffic systems.





Experience Required:

- 10 to 13 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering for enterprise applications.
- Expertise with JMeter and LoadRunner for load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Experience with Grafana and Datadog for metrics analysis and system observability.
- Experience working across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments with performance-focused validation.

Valuable to Have:

- AppDynamics, Prometheus, Dynatrace, and familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, or Copilot.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
