Revolent is seeking experienced Pega Developers to join an exciting career acceleration programme designed in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting organisation.

This unique opportunity combines advanced technical training, mentorship, and real-world project delivery, enabling experienced Pega professionals to further develop their expertise in intelligent workflow automation, BPM technologies, and enterprise application development while working on large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Successful candidates will initially complete an intensive 3-week virtual training academy, designed collaboratively with a leading global consulting and technology transformation organisation. Following the academy, consultants will be deployed onto enterprise Pega projects for a minimum of 12 months, applying their knowledge in complex, large-scale client environments.

High-performing consultants may ultimately have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles with the client organisation.

The Role As a Pega Developer, you will design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) and workflow automation solutions using the Pega Platform.

You will work within enterprise delivery teams to build scalable applications, automate complex business processes, and support organisations in modernising operations through low-code development and intelligent workflow technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications and workflow solutions using platform best practices.
- Configure and customise Pega case management, business processes, and user interfaces.
- Develop solutions using Pega PRPC and low-code development capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects,



and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Build integrations between Pega and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and system connectors.
- Develop reusable components, rules, and workflows to support scalable application development.
- Support application testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and release management processes.
- Identify and resolve application defects, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and development standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Pega applications.
- Promote best practices in Pega development, Agile delivery, and software engineering.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to platform governance activities.

Required Experience

Essential

- 3+ years’ (Associate) 6+ years' (Senior Associate) hands-on Pega development experience.
- Robust experience working with the Pega Platform and Pega BPM solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow applications.
- Experience integrating Pega with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Experience working with cloud-based Pega environments.
- Strong understanding of:

Desirable Experience

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Additional Pega certifications.
- Experience with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
- Experience working within enterprise consulting environments.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow automation and intelligent decisioning.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or supporting development teams.
