We are looking for a multiple experienced

Pega Team Lead (at least 7 years or above)/Lead System Architect (10 years experience or above)

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing enterprise-level Pega applications, leading technical teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions for clients. Working location is either in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end

Pega architectures

(system, data, integration).

- Build scalable Pega solutions using advanced Pega BPM features.

- Lead case management application design using

Constellation

.

- Implement integrations with

Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory

, etc.

- Create technical designs, develop code, and lead testing.

- Support deployments, configuration, and workplace setup.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.





- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with business/technical teams.

- Drive BPM adoption and identify new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

- CSSA certification required for Senior Associate role,

CLSA certification required for the Pega Team Lead role.

- At least 7 years (Senior Associate) or 10 years and above (Pega Lead) of Pega experience.

- Strong background in enterprise Pega apps

, case design, rules, and data modeling.

- Consulting or industry experience preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare).

- Experience with Agile delivery and Pega application deployment.

- Technical skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services, JBoss/WebLogic/WebSphere.
