We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM/HRIS Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM to support HR system initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams to understand, analyze, and deliver HR system requirements.
- Configure, enhance, maintain, and support Oracle HCM applications.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Support Oracle HCM reporting, configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
- Manage and maintain HR data with a strong focus on accuracy, security, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle HCM system and integration issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and other business stakeholders on system initiatives.





Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with HRIS/HCM systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM.
- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration, enhancements, reporting, and production support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data management, and HCM systems.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional HR teams and technical teams.

Preferred / Positive to Have
- Experience with ADP integrations or similar payroll/HR platforms.
- Experience working on HR system integrations and data interfaces.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR technology ecosystems.
