Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring adherence to SOPs and KPIs.

- Oversee team handling, motivation, and attrition control to achieve targets.

- Develop strategies for revenue generation through effective sales operations and target achievement.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines by setting priorities and allocating resources efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in BPO Operations or Call Center Operations with expertise in Contact Center Operations.

- Robust understanding of Sales Operations, Team Motivation, Target Management (SMART), and Attrition Control.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- BPO Experience is mandatory.
