Role Overview

- Job Title: Senior Operations Manager / Senior Manager - Travel Operations

- Industry: Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), or Corporate Travel (TMC)

- Experience Required: 5 to 10+ years of progressive leadership in travel operations, corporate logistics, or client servicing

- Core Focus: Process optimization, cost reduction, SLA compliance, team leadership, and digital automation

Key Responsibilities1. Travel &

- Accommodation Operations

- Oversee domestic and international flight, rail, and ground transport bookings.

- Manage hotel contracting, rate negotiations, and long-stay accommodations.

- Handle specialized travel files, High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) itineraries, and complex escalations. [1, 2]

2. Visa &

- Compliance Management

- Lead end-to-end visa and work permit application processes.

- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and legal counsel to ensure audit-ready documentation.





- Ensure strict adherence to corporate travel policies and regulatory frameworks.

3. Vendor &

- SLA Management

- Manage relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and ground handlers.

- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Negotiate corporate rates and manage vendor reconciliation and invoicing.

4. Team Leadership &

- Strategy

- Lead, mentor, and scale multi-tiered operations and customer support teams.

- Conduct performance reviews, track key metrics, and establish operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Drive digital transformation by adopting online booking tools (like Concur or Cytric) and workflow automation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
