Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IPQA Executive/Senior Executive - Formulation with 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, maintaining quality standards during manufacturing operations, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance activities before commencement of manufacturing and packing operations.
- Monitor dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, inspection, and packing activities.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during manufacturing operations.
- Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Conduct in-process checks and stage-wise inspections as per approved procedures.
- Monitor environmental conditions and compliance in production areas.
- Verify equipment cleaning, status labeling, and calibration status.
- Support investigations related to deviations, incidents, OOS, OOT, and customer complaints.
- Participate in change control, CAPA, risk assessment,



and qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements and quality systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, QC, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in regulatory and customer audits and ensure audit readiness of manufacturing areas.
- Review and maintain IPQA documentation as per company procedures.

Required Qualifications Educational Qualification

- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant Life Sciences discipline)

Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in IPQA within a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing facility.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and in-process controls.
- Exposure to investigations, CAPA management, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO GMP, and other international regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
