- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare teams for effective patient care.
- Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patient care.
- Monitor availability and proper use of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and escalate critical conditions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
