Role Description The Senior Network Engineer – L3 is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR , responsible for managing and supporting HT Media Group’s enterprise network across offices and data centers. The role covers LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security , while serving as the L3 escalation point for critical incidents.

Key responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, RCA, performance optimisation, security hardening, upgrades, migrations , and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to ensure a secure, resilient, and highly available network environment,



manage a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning 50+ locations and 2,000+ network devices .

What we’re looking for:

- 9+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including strong L3 exposure
- Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN & Data Center Networking
- Hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP
- Experience with NGFW, VPN, IPS/IDS, NAC, RADIUS/TACACS+
- Exposure to Cisco/Meraki, Fortinet and Palo Alto
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA and P1/P2 incident management skills
- Ability to lead critical incidents and mentor L1/L2 engineers
- Experience managing large, complex and multi-location enterprise networks
