Core Responsibilities

- Own and manage the Cisco ACI environment and ensure reliable data-centre operations.
- Handle L2+ escalations, complex troubleshooting and RCA for production issues.
- Lead ACI deployments, migrations, upgrades and major changes.
- Drive network optimisation, capacity planning and proactive improvements.
- Maintain ACI configuration, documentation and operational standards.
- Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers and coordinate with customers/OEM teams.
