Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD software for molds, tools, and equipment.

- Create wireframe models of complex parts using Wire EDM technology to ensure accurate production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize mold designs for manufacturability.

- Troubleshoot mold-related problems in the tool room, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience as a Mold Maker or similar role in the auto components industry.

- Proficiency in creating detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.

- Robust understanding of Wire EDM technology and its applications in mold making process.
