We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Executive to manage and streamline Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, report automation, dashboard creation, and supporting business decisions through accurate and timely insights.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple departments.

- Develop and manage interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Automate reporting processes using Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA) and basic Python scripts.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for data requirements.

- Identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights to management.





- Improve existing MIS systems and reporting processes for better efficiency.

- Handle large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

- Basic Python (for data analysis/automation - Pandas, NumPy preferred).

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree in B. Com / BBA / B. Sc / B. Tech / MBA (preferred).

- 3-6 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
