We are looking for a Senior MERN Fullstack Developer who is not only technically strong but also visionary in leading the next wave of AI-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion AI-First Development: Drive adoption and execution of AI-first methodologies, leveraging AI tools (especially Claude’s code tool) for code generation from structured prompts.
- Problem Decomposition: Break down complex business and technical challenges into modular components, designing clear and effective AI prompts for solutioning.
- Fullstack Development: Build and maintain high-performance web (React.js, PWA, TailwindCSS) and mobile (React Native) applications with seamless integration of AI-generated components.
- Cloud Deployment & Monitoring: Architect, deploy, and manage scalable applications across AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS) with exposure to GCP and Azure. Ensure uptime, monitoring, and system resilience.
- Architecture & Database Design: Define scalable architectures and design optimized MongoDB schemas with advanced query tuning, indexing, and data structuring.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture with strong knowledge-sharing practices.




- Documentation & Communication: Produce precise documentation for AI-generated code, architectural decisions, and workflows. Exhibit solid communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: 4–8 years in MERN stack development, with a strong Node.js backend focus.
- Hands-on expertise in AI code generation tools (Claude’s code tool highly preferred).
- Robust architectural design skills with proficiency in JSON structures, large-scale solutioning, and backend APIs.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring development teams.
- Solid expertise in React.js and React Native for dynamic and intuitive UI/UX.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB (schema design, query optimization, indexing).
- Advanced experience with AWS cloud services; additional exposure to GCP or Azure advantageous.
- AWS certification is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical mindset, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
