We are seeking experienced and certified Pro-Fee Coding Specialists with a minimum of 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the required specialties and robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifier guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately assign appropriate codes for professional fee services.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifier codes.
- Review medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per organizational requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and industry standards.
- Resolve coding-related queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Experience Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience in one or more of the following specialties:
Bariatric Surgery | Obesity Medicine | Breast Surgery | OB/GYN | Urogynecology | Cardiology | Cardiovascular Surgery | Vascular Surgery | Endocrinology | Family Medicine | Internal Medicine | Primary Care | Gastroenterology | General Surgery | Hematology | Medical Oncology | Neurology | Neurosurgery | Orthopedic Surgery | Pain Management | Physical Therapy | Podiatric Surgery | Pulmonary Disease | Rheumatology | Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery | Urology.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience.
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifiers.
- Active AHIMA/AAPC certification(s) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be ready to work from the office.
Preference Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
