Position Title: Executive - Procurement (Compliance)

Job Purpose:
* Support the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of
Procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
* Assist the Procurement Compliance Champion in data analysis, internal audits,
and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to internal
controls, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
COMPLIANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
* Monitor and review P2P transactions to ensure compliance with internal
procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory
requirements.
* Develop and maintain internal audit checklists and conduct regular system,
process, and compliance audits across Procurement operations.
* Identify non-compliance, document observations, and support corrective and
preventive actions.
* Prepare and present compliance reports, audit findings, and management
dashboards.
POLICY & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
* Support implementation and continuous improvement of Procurement policies,
SOPs, and control checklists.
* Ensure policies and procedures are documented, current, and consistently
applied.
