The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing complex billing operations, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance, supporting revenue-related activities, and driving process improvements across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role serves as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders, helping to resolve complex billing issues, strengthen operational controls, and support accurate financial reporting. ● Process and review daily Sales Orders in NetSuite based on closed opportunities
in Salesforce, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

processing and invoicing.
● Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
