What You’ll Work On
Development of high-protein beverages and advanced dairy formats
Collaboration with the production team for pilot trials and upscaling
Consumer research and sensory studies for product-market fit
Analysis of developed products for nutritional, microbiological, and sensory quality
Statistical analysis to validate formulations and performance
Exploring clean-label and shelf-reliable solutions
