Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to support cheese production operations. This role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring quality standards, managing the team, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and supervising cheese production to meet targets.

Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance.

Train and lead production staff, ensuring operational efficiency.

Manage inventory, reduce waste, and coordinate maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in cheese production or a similar role.
