We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Business Development Consultants/Freelancers who can help acquire new clients and companies requiring Recruitment and Staffing support across Delhi/NCR. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion for recruitment services
What you'll do
Identify and acquire new clients with recruitment and staffing requirements across multiple locations in Delhi/NCR.
Generate business leads through networking, LinkedIn, references, cold calling, and other channels.
Reach out to HR Heads, Recruitment Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs, Directors, and Business Leaders to introduce the company’s recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely delivery.
Convince clients to share recruitment mandates on a regular basis.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into active business opportunities.
Maintain reports of leads, meetings, and business development activities.
Achieve assigned business acquisition targets and revenue goals.

Must have a laptop/computer, internet connection, and phone to work remotely.
Prior business development or client acquisition experience in the Recruitment/Staffing industry will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
2–7 Years in Business Development, Recruitment Consulting, or Staffing Industry.
