At Kula, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive/Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the APAC market, powered by your expertise in business development and demand generation strategies.

With 4 to 5 years of tech SaaS selling experience, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and leverage GTM tools effectively. The role requires a commitment to frequent travel, ensuring our strategies align with market dynamics and customer needs.

Skills & Qualification

Proficiency in business development strategies to drive company growth
Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Apollo , Sales navigator, Zoominfo Clay and HubSpot for productive market penetration
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with SEA-based clients and internal teams
Analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly




Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry developments

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies to expand Kula's presence in the APAC market
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and ensure cohesive strategies
Leverage tools like Apollo , Sales navigator, HubSpot to identify and engage potential clients effectively
Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Travel frequently to build and maintain strong client relationships and gather market insights
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve targets
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
