Most recruiters spend their careers fighting the same fight: a broken ATS, manual screening that eats the whole day, a hiring manager who ghosts the scorecard, a pipeline that starts from zero every time a req opens. That fight is largely over at Manifest. Resume screening, first-round AI phone screening, and interview scheduling already run on a live automation pipeline.
