Highbrow Interactive is looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and drive digital growth. What You'll Do

· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

· Develop and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

· Manage social media, website, email marketing, and content strategies.

· Lead and mentor the marketing team while coordinating with cross-functional departments.

· Drive performance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI using analytics.

· Coordinate product launches, events, PR activities, and brand partnerships.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

· Collaborate with HR on recruitment marketing and employee engagement campaigns.

· Track campaign performance and prepare management reports.

· Explore AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

· 3–5 years of experience in Marketing,



Digital Marketing, Employer Branding, or Brand Management.

· Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.

· Experience managing marketing teams and external vendors.

· Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.

· Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Creative mindset with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

· Bonus: Experience in gaming, technology, startups, or entertainment industries.
