Role Description The Senior Marketing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote SSO Cancer Hospitals’ services and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing patient and referral trends, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and managing marketing projects from concept to completion. The role involves creating marketing collateral, supporting sales initiatives, organizing events and outreach programs,



and monitoring campaign performance.

The Senior Marketing

Associate will also collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and understanding patient demographics.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills, including campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
