Position Overview:

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all savings schemes, digital gold initiatives, seasonal campaigns, scheme system requirements, field activities, and customer lifecycle management while coordinating with Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheme Operations Management:

· Lead end-to-end management of all corporate schemes across branches and digital platforms.

· Ensure smooth execution of scheme enrollment, redemption, closure, renewal, and customer servicing processes.

· Monitor operational adherence to scheme policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.

· Review daily operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

· Drive operational improvements for better customer experience and efficiency.

1. Scheme & Benefit Management:

· Design and validate scheme benefit structures, calculations, and eligibility criteria. · Monitor scheme profitability, customer benefit impact, and business feasibility.

· Ensure accurate system configuration of scheme logic, offers, and calculations.

· Validate scheme settlement, redemption, maturity, and benefit processing.

· Coordinate with Finance and IT for scheme accounting and reconciliation controls.

3. Digital & System Requirement Management:

· Coordinate with IT teams for scheme-related system enhancements and developments.





· Prepare and validate URD / FRD documents for new scheme requirements.

· Ensure smooth implementation of scheme features in ERP, App, CRM, and digital platforms.

· Monitor digital platform functionality related to schemes and customer journeys.

4. Marketing & Business Coordination:

· Coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams for campaign planning and execution.

· Support ATL, BTL, digital, WhatsApp, RCS, push notification, and in-app scheme campaigns.

· Analyze customer behavior and suggest promotional strategies for growth.

· Coordinate field marketing requirements for showroom activations and special campaigns.

· Support seasonal campaigns such as Akshaya Tritiya, Aadi Perukku, festive launches, and special schemes.

5. Monitoring & Analytics:

· Monitor scheme collections, enrollments, renewals, redemption trends, and closures.

· Analyze business performance, management MIS reports and dashboards.

· Review customer conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.

· Identify operational risks, leakages, and improvement opportunities.

· Present periodic business reviews to management.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of savings schemes and operational processes

· Expertise in scheme benefit calculations and validations

· Knowledge of digital gold / digital savings operations

· Solid analytical and business understanding

· ERP / CRM / Digital platform exposure

· Marketing and customer engagement understanding

· Leadership and multi-team management capability

· Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience :

· Graduate in MBA any discipline is preferred.

· 10 – 12 years of experience in jewellery retail or large retail chains.

· Strong experience with Finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
