About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Purchase & Accounts to manage procurement, vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, and purchase-related accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in procurement and vendor management, along with practical knowledge of accounts payable, GST, TDS, reconciliations, costing, and payment coordination. Experience in manufacturing, foundry, engineering, metal, or industrial businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, engineering items, spares, and other operational requirements
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms
- Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Accounts teams
- Review vendor quotations and comparative statements and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Verify supplier invoices against POs, GRNs, and agreed commercial terms
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding statements, and ledger reconciliations
- Handle purchase-related accounting entries, debit/credit notes,



and expense records
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, input tax credit, and other applicable statutory requirements
- Support inventory control, material costing, budgeting, and cash-flow planning
- Maintain procurement and accounts documentation for management review and audits

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, Commercial, and/or Accounts
- Strong experience in vendor negotiation and procurement management
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and costing
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Strong Excel, analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred
