About the Organisation

We are a fast-growing player in India's aviation training and pilot education ecosystem, working across flight training and international partnerships to build career pathways for the next generation of pilots. As we scale our India operations, we're looking for an experienced business leader to take charge of this vertical.

About the role

This is a senior leadership position for someone who combines strong general management capability with a working understanding of the aviation and pilot training industry. You will take full ownership of the India business function spanning strategy, team leadership, business development, marketing, and day-to-day execution and report directly to the founding leadership team. We're looking for someone with aviation training experience who can operate independently with minimal ramp-up and bring structure, judgment, and pace to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Growth

- Own the overall performance and growth of the India business vertical
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business development opportunities across the aviation training and education ecosystem
- Shape and drive go-to-market and growth strategy for the India Market

Team & People Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and operations
- Set clear performance goals, drive accountability, and build a high-performance team culture
- Hire and develop talent as the India team grows

Marketing and Branding





- Own marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning across channels
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external vendors supporting execution

Partnership and Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary India-based point of contact for international partners, affiliated institutions, and collaborators
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies, regulators, and channel partners

What we are looking for

- 7-8 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within aviation, pilot training, aerospace, or another high-touch education or services industry
- Demonstrated experience independently owning a business vertical or division, with full accountability for outcomes
- Solid working understanding of the aviation industry landscape, pilot training pathways, market dynamics, and the broader stakeholder ecosystem
- Proven track record across business development, marketing oversight, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and full ownership
- MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred, not mandatory
- Based in Delhi NCR, or willing to relocate
